i stayed in the standard double room sofa bed. it had two complimentary water bottles. there were also four coffee pods, replaced daily. the wardrobe space was adequate for my needs. the shower was spacious. rituals shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were available.

the reception staff were very helpful. they provided a map. information about local attractions and places to eat. a kids' play area in the lobby was available for families. i found that convenient. the staff helped us get into our room early, i really appreciated that.
i found that the hotel air conditioning only blew hot air. i had to sleep with the window open facing the road. this was a problem since the traffic was noisy and mosquitoes were biting me.

the breakfast was good with lots of options.
The room felt outdated. the towels looked very used. the bed mattress was too soft for my liking. I have some back problems. Paying extra tourist tax gave me an UNPLEASANT feeling.
The breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. The location was near the historical center, great.
The mattress was TOO soft. It hurt my back. The air con only spewed out hot air so i had to have the window open. The towels were very used. THEY need replacing.
The hotel's location proved suitable for accessing nearby points of interest.
The room felt quite dated and tired. The shower was uncomfortably small, I could barely move. The mattress was not supportive at all, which resulted in a restless nights sleep.
